This is such a well written book on this subject and really helps the reader to understand what narcissistic abuse looks and how damaging it is. I love the recaps at the end of each chapter and the question section at the end that invites readers to do more work with the concepts. The personal sharing of the author drives home his deep understanding of the problem. It is nice to know that he now works as a therapist providing clarity for people who are going through or have gone through this. Unless people are aware of how this abuse cycle works, it is hard for most to comprehend what the dynamic is like and how it can upend a person's entire life. This book is as comforting and validating as it is informative. I am very happy I have it.
